We take care of all the details including design, set-up, and clean up in order to create a worry free, luxury picnic experience for you and your lucky guest/s.
All of our picnics, whether it’s for 2 guests or 16, include the following:
- Rug(s) for a base.
- Table(s) with complete place setting for all – two plates, cutlery (set of 4), cloth napkin, and two drinking glasses.
- Tablescape design with your chosen color palette – table runners, candles, handmade floral bouquets that you get to keep, and occasionally other miscellaneous decor.
- Sweet and savory charcuterie board(s) – an assortment or meats, cheeses, fruit, and other delicious goodies. About 3-5 oz of food per person. ***Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.***
- Garnished drink pitcher(s) of your choice – either iced tea or lemonade.
- Small customizable marquee sign.
- Wicker basket full of blankets.
- Cozy pillows for sitting.
- Bluetooth speaker.
- Small Ice Bucket.
- XL parasol(s).
Pricing depends on the number of people attending the picnic. Our current set up capabilities are for a maximum of 16 guests.
- 2 guests – $320
- 4 guests – $480
- 6 guests – $580
- 8 guests – $680
- 10 guests – $850
- 12 guests – $1,000
- 14 guests – $1,100
- 16 guests – $1,200
*These prices do not include credit card service fees or taxes. **Any add-ons will also be paid up front, in full, as part of the deposit.
In order to reserve your desired picnic date we require a 30% deposit that goes towards the full price of your set up. Please keep in mind before booking that this deposit is non-refundable. In case of unpleasant weather or any other unforeseen event, we encourage you to reschedule. Thank you for understanding and continuing to support a small, family-run, locally owned business!
Picnics for 2, 4, 6, and 8 guests are yours to enjoy for up to 3 hours.
Picnics for 10, 12, 14, and 16 guests are yours to enjoy for up to 4 hours.
Additional hours are $50 each and available until 8pm.
You can schedule your picnic to begin as early as 10am. We highly encourage you to enjoy your set up for the full amount of time allotted. Please be mindful when booking and scheduling your picnic, that for our safety, our latest clean-up time is 8pm.
If you’d like to stay for less than the allotted time, let us know and we can plan pick up accordingly. Picnics are never to be left unattended. Thank you.

Some of our favorite local parks are: Gas Works Park, Ballinger Park, Volunteer Park, Mukilteo Beach Park, Bellevue Downtown Park and Richmond Beach Saltwater Park.
Without any additional fees, we will travel as far south as Burien and as far north as Marysville. For a picnic outside of our normal range, please inquire for additional travel fees.

Absolutely! Plates, drinking glasses, and cutlery are all there for you to use as you’d like.
Unfortunately alcohol is the one thing we cannot provide but you are free to bring some at your own discretion.
Your deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the picnic and the remaining balance will be due on the day of, after set up, upon your arrival. We have an in person card reader that accepts all major debit/credit cards. Cash works great as well!
We set up our picnics for an even number of guests due to our inventory. We base it mostly off of our tables and the number of tables required for 5 guests is the same number of tables required for 6 guests and so forth. Thank you for valuing our efforts.
Although we accept bookings all season long (Spring, Summer, and early Fall), we recommend booking your picnic as soon as our books open for the year – usually around February. Weekend dates tend to fill up first so let’s book now and reserve your special date!
In order to maintain the quality of our set ups, we like to plan ahead at least one week in advance. Bookings made with less than 3 days’ notice from the desired event date will incur a 20% or higher rush fee. Enough time to design, prep, and shop for your special event is crucial for us to be able to provide the best service we possibly can.
Yes! We can provide a gift certificate for up to 16 guests. A printable .pdf file will be emailed to you or the recipient of your choice after full payment is made.
