We take care of all the details including design, set up, and clean up in order to create a worry-free, luxury picnic experience for you and your lucky guest(s).

In order to confirm your picnic booking and reserve your date, we require a 30% deposit that is later deducted from the total cost of your setup. Please keep in mind before booking that this deposit is non-refundable. Thank you for continuing to support a small, family-run, woman-owned, local business.

Our pricing depends on the number of guests attending the picnic.
*These prices do not include taxes/fees. All add-ons will also be included as part of the total for the deposit.

Additional hours are $50 each and available until 8pm, unless park/location rules specify otherwise.
You can schedule your picnic to begin as early as 10am. We highly recommend you enjoy your set up for the full amount of time allotted. Please be mindful when booking and scheduling your picnic that for our safety, our latest clean-up time is 8pm.
If you would like to stay for less than the allotted time, just let us know and we can plan pick-up accordingly. Picnics are never to be left unattended. Thank you.

Some of our favorite parks are Volunteer Park, Green Lake Park, Ballinger Park, Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, and Mukilteo Beach Park.
Without any additional fees we will travel as far South as Burien and as far North as Marysville.
For a picnic outside of our normal service area, please inquire for a travel fee quote.

Absolutely! It is encouraged. All plates, cutlery, and drinking glasses are there for you and your guest(s) to use as you’d like.
Our picnics are created for an even number of guests due to our inventory. This design choice is based on our tables – the number of tables required for a 5 guest picnic is the same number of tables required for a 6 guest picnic and so forth.

Your deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the picnic and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your event, after setup, upon your arrival.
We have an in-person card reader that accepts all major debit/credit cards. Cash works great as well.
In order to maintain the quality of our setups, we like to plan ahead at lease one week in advance.
Bookings made with less than 5 days notice from the desired event date may incur a 15% or higher rush fee.
